Inspirox India provides a digital platform that allows users to upload, publish, manage, and distribute content, including but not limited to business information, images, videos, audio files, logos, trademarks, brand assets, written text, and promotional materials (“User Content”).

• All User Content uploaded or published through Inspirox India remains the sole property and responsibility of the user.
• Inspirox India does not verify, validate, or audit the legality, ownership, accuracy, originality, or copyright status of any User Content.
• Inspirox India does not claim ownership over any User Content and acts only as a technology facilitator.

Copyright & Legal Claims

• If any copyright infringement, intellectual property violation, trademark dispute, defamation claim, or legal action arises from User Content, the responsibility rests entirely with the user.
• Inspirox India shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from such claims.
• The user agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inspirox India, its founders, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from all claims, damages, penalties, legal fees, or expenses arising from User Content.

2. Platform Nature, Software-Based Services & No-Code Policy

All services offered by Inspirox India are technology-enabled, software-based, and platform-driven solutions, designed to assist businesses in establishing and managing their digital presence.

Users expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Inspirox India does not provide custom software development or manual coding
• No source code, backend access, proprietary scripts, or technical infrastructure ownership is transferred
• Services operate under a license-to-use and/or subscription-based model
• All systems, tools, dashboards, templates, and workflows remain the exclusive intellectual property of Inspirox India
• Upon service termination, cancellation, expiration, or discontinuation, no code, files, databases, or technical assets shall be handed over

Inspirox India services are not custom-built software projects, but standardized platform solutions.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

Refunds are governed strictly under the following conditions:

• Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of payment only if no service, setup, onboarding, configuration, or work has commenced
• Once any portion of the service has started, no refunds shall be applicable
• All refund decisions are solely at the discretion of Inspirox India, based on internal assessment
• Transaction fees, gateway charges, or administrative costs are non-refundable

This policy applies irrespective of dissatisfaction, change of mind, business performance, or external circumstances.

4. No Guarantees & Limitation of Expectations

Inspirox India does not guarantee:

• Business growth, sales, revenue, or profitability
• Search engine rankings or visibility within a defined timeframe
• Website traffic, leads, conversions, or customer acquisition
• Performance outcomes dependent on third-party platforms or algorithms

All services are provided on a best-effort basis, and results may vary due to market conditions, competition, platform changes, and user participation.

5. Third-Party Services & External Dependencies

Inspirox India may integrate or rely upon third-party services including but not limited to hosting providers, APIs, plugins, analytics tools, payment gateways, or external platforms.

Inspirox India shall not be responsible or liable for:

• Downtime, outages, or failures caused by third-party providers
• Policy changes, pricing updates, feature removals, or service discontinuation by third parties
• Data loss, delays, or interruptions beyond Inspirox India’s reasonable control

Users acknowledge that third-party terms and conditions may independently apply.

6. Legal Requests, Escalation & Compliance

For official legal matters, including:

• Court orders (Delhi Judiciary or any competent court)
• Government or regulatory notices
• Copyright or intellectual property complaints

• Inspirox India shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in dispute
